My name is Reinhard Dallinger. I am a true-born Viennese. For many years I worked as a software engineer for a big company. A few years ago I got the chance to start something new. I took the chance and became a tourist guide, as history, architecture and art history have always been my hobbies.
So I'm looking forward to showing you my beautiful home town and its surroundings.
What guests say about me:
"WOULD RECOMMEND REINHARD DALLINGER AS TOUR GUIDE IN VIENNA
We learned about Reinhard through a notice on Trip Advisor. He was making a career change and became a fully licensed tour guide in Vienna. We employed him as our guide for portions of three afternoons, "filling in the gaps" around a group tour. We were very pleased with his performance. He was polite, very knowledgeable, and always on time. A plus for him was that one day he met us at our hotel, as we were a bit uncertain of the tram (streetcar) and underground (subway) connections to what we were going to be seeing.
When we were planning the trip, he asked us about our interests, and he found attractions that met our desires. We also informed him in advance of what we were going to be seeing on the group tour, and he selected attractions that did not duplicate the group tour. Prior to arriving in Vienna he sent a detailed email with Internet links to the various sights we would be seeing.
We would highly recommend Reinhard as a private tour guide."
